Aimhour pharma holds the right to consult with any organization or personnel seeking solutions for drug development in any scope of development for the drug substance that do not come under scope for INDs or NDA filings.
All consultations for providing drug development solutions based on sound pharmaceutical sciences from reference literature in the public domain for revealed formulas of generic filings as approved dosage forms in the regulatory literature do not constitute confidential. Aimhour pharma holds the right to consult with any organization or personnel seeking solutions for different drug development solutions in any scope of development for the drug substance in generic filings. The “formula composition” of the dosage form and “unique manufacturing strategy” will constitute confidential and any and all innovative approaches to the entire development scope, but not generalized listings of “dosage forms”, “manufacturing processes” “route of administration” etc. for generic filings of a drug substance which are routine in drug development and manufacturing strategy and are already published in the public domain.
Aimhour Pharma is a platform with an intention to support Pharma R&D in an environment that places high regard to work, business and moral code and will hold the right to reinstate, add or revise any terms and conditions and privacy policy as appropriate.

By agreeing to consult with Aimhour Pharma, you are an organization or personnel that does not engage in relaying any information in any form that is deemed confidential from third parties or to third parties by themselves, such as relaying confidential information of current or past work projects from current or previous organizations, or discussing consultations provided by Aimhour Pharma, or discuss any third parties. Aimhour Pharma abides with the privacy policy.
